Unfortunately, there is a NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy because cosmetic items cannot be returned for sanitation purposes. All items are inspected for quality prior to shipping. 

Customer will be responsible for selecting required USPS shipping option (either standard or expedited) upon purchase. Items will ship within 48-72 hours of purchase, with most items shipping within 24 hours of purchase. However, in light of COVID-19, some shipping channels are experiencing a delay. Tracking information will be provided upon receipt from USPS.
